Personal Coaching

Why Personal Coaching?

Are you excited to wake up every day and use the gifts and talents God has invested in you to have a positive impact on our world? Do you have a vision of what you want your life to look like in 5, 10, or 25 years—and are your priorities on course to reach those goals?

Many of us would love to say “yes” to those questions, but instead, many of us experience a directionless busy-ness that is shaped more by culture’s expectation than a Holy Spirit inspired call.  Personal Development Coaching offers individuals of all ages the opportunity to sift through the noise of life and set priorities that are more in line with who they are designed to be.

Getting Started
If you want to explore the option of coaching, you will want to schedule an initial consultation with our Personal Development Coach. In that 30-60 minute session, you will be able to talk through any questions you have about coaching and what specific goals you would like to work towards. The initial consultation is free of charge and ongoing sessions will be offered at a discounted rate. While every coaching relationship has varying needs, sessions will typically be scheduled every 2-4 weeks and will be conducted at the church, Mount Pleasant, or over the phone.

From there she relocated to Charleston to work for an interdenominational Christian ministry at the College of Charleston. In 2015, Erin married her favorite human and became an entrepreneur. She now runs her local small business and has begun coaching professionally.

From ministering to college students to managing employees—Erin has always enjoyed coaching individuals to explore their talents and work towards impacting the world in a positive way. Erin’s passion is helping people discover the freedom of following their giftings and saying “yes” to God’s invitation for their lives.

Erin and her husband live in Mount Pleasant and are licensed foster parents. They enjoy spending time on the beach, hosting Taco Tuesdays, and heading to the mountains for snow skiing.

Counseling

Why Counseling?
Life isn’t always easy. When things are too difficult to handle on our own, it can be helpful to talk with someone who has an objective viewpoint, and who can help sort through the “mess” to find clarity. From grieving or coping with challenging life circumstances to learning more about the strengths and areas of growth with your partner—counseling is one way to find peace and live life to the fullest.
Getting Started
Therapist/client fit is vitally important to the success of counseling. That’s why it’s important to schedule an initial consultation if you think you might be interested in working with our counselor to make sure that her skills match your needs. The initial consultation is covered by the church through its operating budget, and subsequent meetings are subsidized by 60% for those without insurance. Tracey also takes most forms of insurance.

thinking about coming sunday?

We know visiting a new church can be intimidating. We’ll do our best not to be too awkward (a little awkwardness can be cute though), but we’d also like to make it smoother for you.
